Writing = Life-changing?
For me, yes. And for A LOT of other people too.
Writing has changed my life in so many ways (some completely unexpected).
Here are just some examples:
- Journaling helped me process emotions and cultivate mindfulness
- Writing down ideas helped me become more intuitive
- Writing poetry helped me become more creative
- Writing blog posts helped me integrate and distill complex concepts
- Note-taking helped me learn how to learn better
- Writing fiction helped me see different perspectives
- Copywriting taught me how to engage people with empathy
- Writing in general helped me become a better speaker
- I wrote my way into a new career path
Again, those are just some ways writing changed my life.
Writing is so much more than meets the eye…
Writing is crystallized thought.
It’s a form of technology that acts as liaison for telepathic communication between people.
Think about it…
And speaking of thinking, writing helps clarify your thinking.
It hones your ability to wield thoughts, words and actions with mastery.
To formulate words, you need to formula thoughts. So it brings a deeper level of intentionality to your consciousness, which benefits all aspects of life.
If you’re not engaging in some form of writing every day, you’re missing out on mind-blowing benefits — no matter who you are or what you do.
I recommend to start with journaling.
Just let your stream of consciousness flow onto the page as words. Journaling is a great way to clarify your thoughts and get better at writing through daily practice.
Writing changed my life, and it can change yours too.
Much love,
