Ancestral patterns are a real thing. Many of us are experiencing these firsthand.
We’re seeing patterns of fear, trauma and all kinds of “loops” that hold us back.
Ancestral patterns are patterns we’ve inherited from out ancestors. These are both genetic and epigenetic patterns, ranging from psychosomatic patterns, to fears, limiting beliefs and everything in between.
Not all ancestral patterns are “bad” of course. However, transcending the unhelpful ancestral patterns is so important for the evolution of humanity.
In light of this, here’s some “activation poetry” that will help you bring awareness to ancestral patterns.
Runes and ruins
Our ancestors live through us
The chain of humanity
Shall we keep ourselves shackled?
Or turn a chain into a network of divine nature?
Learn from the past to transcend it
How can you find out?
Look at your own patterns
These have been lodged in humanity’s DNA
You can clear it with awareness and conscious habits
Will you break the chain
And integrate into higher order connectedness?
Ancestral patterns are a big theme for many of us right now. Bring awareness to your patterns and consciously substitute unhelpful patterns with helpful ones.
If you’re curious about this stuff, here’s an article describing how trauma can be passed inter-generationally via epigenetics: Can the legacy of trauma be passed down the generations?
Re-Patterning Ancestral Patterns
Here’s a simple process to help you transcend ancestral patterns through re-patterning.
Step 1: Bring awareness to patterns you have, especially reactive patterns that aren’t helpful (emotional patterns, patterns of thought, bad habits, etc.). You can write these out in a list if that helps.
Step 2: Choose one unhelpful pattern and substitute a helpful, conscious response in its place.
Step 3: Notice when the old pattern comes up. Acknowledge it, let go and practice your new conscious response.
For example: If you have a habit of judging people, when you see someone (or think of them), instead of automatically judging them, send love to them instead. This creates a pattern disruption, where instead of automatically judging people, you choose to send love. When done repeatedly, this dissolves the pattern of judgment.
I’ve personally done this exact thing to let go of a lot of ancestral judgment patterns.
If you’re aware of an unhelpful pattern, that’s the beginning of the end of it. Then, by re-patterning with conscious practices in its place, you will streamline the process of integration and transcendence.
Hope this helps catalyze your continued evolution.
May we all rise as One.
With Infinite Love,
