So I decided to let another product loose….
After a lot of personal experience and philosophizing, I couldn’t help but write about overcoming racing thoughts. Because it’s something we all experience from time to time, and the solution comes with a simple shift in perspective.
Some of what you’ll learn in The Racing Thoughts Cure:
- How to become aware of your thoughts.
- How to overcome racing thoughts 😉
- How to become the master of your mind.
- How to stop over-thinking.
- How to be in the present moment.
- How to live a lifestyle conducive to maintaining peace of mind.
- How to “Pavlov’s Dog” yourself into falling asleep.
Plus a whole lot more.
I skip the useless, wordy fluff, and instead focuses on solutions. The Racing Thoughts Cure is action-based and a product of my new-found knowledge and experiences.
It’s full of tips, tricks, techniques and perception-changing information to help you become the master of your mind almost immediately.
And because I love you, here’s a snippet from the introduction:
Although racing thoughts appear to be out of your control, the solution comes with a simple shift in perspective.
The brain is a tool. It’s a body part, like anything else. If you want your hand to stop moving, you simply stop moving it. So why can’t you do the same with your brain? Well, because you completely identify with it. You’re absorbed in it. But here’s a lil secret; you are not your brain. You are not your thoughts. You are the experiencer of your thoughts; just as you experience what you touch through your hands. You are the user of your brain; just as you are the user of your hands. When you realize this, it puts YOU, not your brain, back in control.
Make the brain your servant, not your master.
Think of the mind like a hammer. Do you want to actually be the hammer, constantly getting slammed against things? Without even controlling what you get slammed against? Or do you want to wield the hammer? Using it to create and build whatever you like? Use the mind as a tool. Don’t be the tool 😉
